1. Click on "Create New Glog" on your dashboard page (As shown below):
1. Name your Glog
Along your process of creating a new glog, you can as well preview how it looks overall, and you can do that by clicking on the "Preview" button.
Now, we're starting with adding text:
1. Click on the "Text" column on your left hand side.
2. It then will provide you with variety of styles of text you want to use for your glog.
3. After you added it, it will appear on the main page
4. You can move it to anywhere you want by dragging it
5. In order to edit the text:
- Edit the wording. Click edit ---> Type in you wording ---> Change the color? Add Link? Change fonts? Change effects? ---> Click OK
- Change its position (forward/backward). Click on the symbols in red circle (shown below)
- Copy the text. Click on the symbol in blue circle (shown below)
- Cancel changes. Click on the symbol in green circle (shown below)
- Delete the text. Click on the "trash" symbol (in pink)
6. Add some graphics to your Glog! Make it interesting!
7. You can do that by clicking on "Graphics" column on your left hand side
8. It will provides you with tons of graphics suiting your style :)
9. You can drag to change the location of particular graphics anywhere you want (using the same technique as the text)
10. Add your own pictures to present your Glog! All Glogsters love them!
11. You can do that by clicking on the "Image" column on your left hand side
12. There are 3 ways that you can add an image to your Glog (upload, link and grab)
- Upload: You just browse into an image that you want to add
- Link: Copy and paste the link to your image
- Grab: You can just take a picture, record a sound, or video yourself right there!
14. Then click on "Use It!" (in pink)
15. Make your Glogster even more interesting, add a video!
16. You can do that by clicking on the "video" column on your left hand side
17. Do the same as when you're adding images
18. You can as well add a sound to your Glog!
19. You can do that by clicking on the "Sound" column on your left hand side
20. Do the same as adding images or videos
21. If you're bored of white plain background, you can change it too!
22. You can do that by clicking on the "Wall" column on your left hand side
23. You can choose the style of background that suits your style and your Glog best! Enjoy selecting :)
24. After you're done, click on "USE IT!" (in pink)
25. Are you happy with your Glog? If yes, click on "save or publish" (Green circle) on the top.
26. This box will pop up to your page:
- Red circle: Your Glog name (you can change if you want)
- Yellow circle: The address of your Glog (according to the name of your Glog)
- Blue circle: Please select the category of your Glog (e.g. school, cars, etc)
- Green circle: Descrive your Glog with short sentence to make it easier of others to find (Optional)
- Purple circle: A display of your overall Glog
- Black circle: Please select if you want your Glog in be in public or private
